The upgrade to a larger room made the birthday celebration special , adding a personal touch to our stay. The staff's attention to detail stood out, particularly with the thoughtful gift of complementary fruits and champagne. The spa facilities were exceptional, providing a peaceful retreat after our outdoor activities. I appreciated the well-maintained indoor pool which offered a delightful escape for relaxation after skiing.

I enjoyed the convenient location of Iglika Hotel, just a five-minute walk to both the main slopes and the gondola. The bar prices were reasonable, especially enjoying Bulmers cider for 8 leva, about £4 for a pint. Ski hire was a breeze. I opted for Snow Master instead of the hotel as they provided heated storage for free, only 40 meters away. Room quality was a bit of a concern. it was small and somewhat cramped, but I managed to find enough storage for our gear. The beds were comfortable, which I appreciated after long days on the slopes. the dining area felt chaotic during peak hours. The buffet setup was confusing, and food often came out cold after skiing. Staff interactions lacked warmth in the restaurant, making it feel less inviting. getting a table at breakfast was often a bit of a challenge due to limited seating for couples. The hotel’s decor appeared modern in the common areas, but rooms could benefit from an update. A bright point was the enjoyable atmosphere in the bar, with large TV screens showing sports, even if without sound. the hotel had its hiccups, but the central location and affordability made it a decent choice for our ski trip.

Great hotel with great wi-fi, a spa & wellness centre, and a seasonal indoor pool. On my first stay, staff helped with sim cards. Highly recommend it for a fantastic experience!

Breakfast had a big variety, including fresh pastries and hot options like scrambled eggs and sausages. Great access to slopes, just a 5-minute walk to lifts and nearby bars.

The spa provides professional massages that truly rejuvenate. The room is clean and features comfortable bedding. I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with board games available in the lobby by the fireplace. The dining options are delicious and varied, perfect for a family.
