It was in a marvellous location with Borovets Ski Resort nearby. This hotel was in a new area right by all the bars, the center of Borovets, and gondolas.

Exceptionally comfortable and stylish hotel, attentive staff, truly enjoyed the fantastic location adjacent to the centre of the town, all the bars, and the ski lifts. Overall it was brand-new in the rear bedroom. The food was good and the bar was traditional. We had a good trip here and do recommend.

We celebrated a birthday with an really good upgrade and splendid surprises like champagne! Dinner was a culinary adventure, with a variety of good dishes, including fresh vegan options that was so good! Amazing!

The upgrade to a larger room. The staff's attention to detail stood out, particularly with the thoughtful gift of complementary fruits and champagne. The spa facilities were really good. I appreciated the well-maintained indoor pool with a good escape for relaxation after skiing.

Unfortunately, the dining room felt quite chaotic during peak hours.
